Starting with August 7th, 2017, all employers have the obligation to keep at the workplace the record of the work hours rendered daily by each employee, with the specific mentioning of the starting and the finishing hours of the work schedule.

Before August 7th, 2017, it is stipulated that the employer had the obligation to keep the record of the worked hours provided by each employee, and to present this record to the employment inspectors at any time it is required. But the addition brought by the ordnance published in the Official Monitory stipulates explicitly that there must be recorded the starting hour and the finishing hour of the work schedule.
