Academic studies in economy, finalized and suitable for the intended position;
The sound knowledge of the financial-accounting and fiscal domain, and general knowledge of Commercial Law as well; good knowledge of the professional norms for the financial-accounting domain issued by CECCAR;
The strict observance of the law in performing the services, and in issuing solutions; permanent keeping-up with the changes of the legislation;
A vivid interest for the accounting profession, the strong intention to perfectionate one’s current professional skills, flexibility, commitment and punctuality;
The ability to adapt to unexpected changes, based on the own approach; the ability to find a solution for new situations that can occur;
The ability of working individually, but also as a part of a team, for various tasks.
